VCT Tile Floors

First we apply an environmentally friendly stripper then scrub the stripper into the floor – removing all the old finish. Then we rinse the floor with clean hot water. Apply 3 coats of sealer and 3 coats finishing being careful not to get any on the baseboards.

When the finish is dry it can be polished with a high speed burnisher for that high gloss shine. Once this process is completed – periodic maintenance is all that’s needed. To maintain a shine, daily maintenance is sweeping and damp-mopping with a PH neutral cleaner.

Ceramic Tile & Grout Cleaning

Apply a tile grout cleaner by Stonetech “Klenz All”. We then machine scrub with a bristle pad until all the dirt and grime is completely removed from the grout and tile, leaving the tile and grout looking new.
